SSPHO advocates health-related concerns of children, adolescents, and young adults with hemato-oncological diseases.

At the Swiss Society of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology (SSPHO), we believe every young patient facing a blood disorder or cancer deserves a strong voice.

We advocate for their health-related needs by:

• Ensuring access to the highest-quality treatment

• Promoting psychosocial support and long-term follow-up

• Representing patients’ interests in policy, research, and clinical networks

By speaking up for young patients and collaborating with families, healthcare professionals, and institutions, SSPHO helps shape a healthcare system that responds to their needs — both now and in the future.
